World Trade Organization by Prof. Michael Reed from University of Kentucky

  Professor Michael Reed from University of Kentucky gave a lecture on World Trade Organization on May 18 in Room 5A402 of the School of Foreign Studies.

   

     Professor Reed is a professor of Agricultural Economy as well as Director of Agricultural International Project Center of University of Kentucky. In his lecture, Professor Reed talked about the history, principles and current status quo of WTO, and also ways to solve disputes in international trade and negotiations. His lecture also covered G-21, advantages of free trade suggested by INRA research results etc.

     The lectured broadened the horizons of the audience.
